Experience the nuanced fusion of craftsmanship and innovation with our Pinot Noir Barrel Aged Gin. We've taken our celebrated Dry Gin and gracefully matured it in a seasoned Pinot Noir barrel, culminating in a unique spirit that marries the award-winning essence of our gin with the depth and character of fine wine.

From the moment it graces your senses, a delicate bouquet of sweet red fruits beckons. The palate is treated to an intriguing tapestry of spiced fruit, weaving seamlessly into a gentle oaken body. The crescendo is a soft, lasting embrace of vanilla, leaving an indelible impression.

Barrel Provenance: Handpicked from Matua Wines in Marlborough, NZ, our gin finds its second home in a European Oak barrel that previously nurtured Pinot Noir. With its characteristic delicate complexity, European Oak imparts tantalizing notes of butterscotch and vanilla, which often make it the choice for ageing Pinot Noir & Chardonnay wines.

Serving Recommendations: For an uplifting tall serve, blend with East Imperial Ginger Ale over ice. Those seeking a more intimate experience might prefer it with a touch of honey syrup over ice. Explorers of flavour should not miss pairing with East Imperial Kima Kola or the vibrant Yuzu Lemonade.

An exciting and delicious gin

Shared this gin with adult family and we all agreed that it was delicious. Mixer was Fever Tree tonic. So good that I ordered another bottle.

New Favourite Gin

Love this gin! Wish it wasn’t a limited edition as it’s the new favourite in our house.

Hi Pip, thank you very much for your kind words, and it's great to hear you're enjoying this gin! You are the lucky April winner too, so we will get your free mixers out to you right away. Cheers, Andrew

Has a lovely depth of flavour

Tried this gin as suggested with dry ginger ale and loved it. The spiciness of the ginger melded perfectly with the deep oaky flavours of the gin. Very different. Love it.
