Shipping policy
Dispatch
Orders placed before 12pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
New Zealand shipping
We ship with Post Haste or NZ Post. Every parcel is tracked, and we’ll email your tracking link once your order has been collected.
- Orders under $120: Urban $5 · Rural $10 · Waiheke Island $14
- Orders of $120 or more: shipping included
For Stewart Island, the Chatham Islands and Great Barrier Island, please email orders@geraldinedistillery.co.nz so we can confirm courier charges.
Delivery times
Most orders arrive within 1–4 working days of dispatch. Please allow extra time for rural addresses.
Couriers don’t deliver on Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, or before 1pm on Anzac Day.
Signature required — 18+ only
Because we’re sending alcohol, every parcel is sent signature required and must be received by someone aged 18 or over. Couriers can’t leave parcels unattended or deliver to PO Boxes, so please use a physical address where someone can sign. You can add delivery instructions at checkout.
Australia
We ship to Australia for a flat rate of $30 NZD per order (minimum order $55 NZD). Recipients must be 18 or over.
- Duties, excise and import taxes are not included and must be paid by the recipient to Australian customs.
- We don’t accept change-of-mind returns on international orders. See our Refund Policy for faulty or damaged items.

We handle orders to other countries individually. Please email orders@geraldinedistillery.co.nz for a quote and to confirm we can ship to you.
