Shipping & Delivery
Same Day Dispatch
Place your order before 12pm Monday–Friday for same-day pick-up. Orders placed after 12pm will be collected the following weekday.
Shipping is handled via either Post Haste or NZ Post and all parcels are sent Signature Required due to alcohol regulations.
Orders up to $120:
Urban - $5
Rural - $10
Waiheke Island - $14

Island Deliveries:
For Stewart Island, Chatham Islands, and Great Barrier Island, please email orders@geraldinedistillery.co.nz so we can confirm courier charges.
Delivery Timeframes (NZ)
Orders placed before 12pm are typically delivered within 1–4 working days. Please allow extra time for rural addresses and orders placed after 12pm.
Note: No deliveries occur on Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, or before 1pm on ANZAC Day.
PO Boxes:
Couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes, so please provide a physical address.
Tracking:
All parcels are tracked. Your tracking link will be emailed once the order is picked up. Add delivery instructions at checkout if needed.
Australia Shipping
We offer a flat rate of $30 NZD per order for shipping to Australia (minimum order of $55 NZD).
Please note:

Duties, excise, and import taxes are not included and must be paid directly to Australian Customs by the recipient.

We do not accept returns on international orders unless due to a fault or packaging issue. See our Returns Policy for full details.
Shipping to Other Countries
We currently process international orders outside of NZ and Australia manually.
