Cherry Gin Liqueur

A rich winter liqueur made with wild Siberian cherries, steeped in spiced gin for a month, then lightly sweetened. Sweet cherry up front, with almond and marzipan underneath.

Serve: neat, over soda, or with Indian tonic — Mediterranean tonic if you like it sweeter.

Specifications: 500mL · 26% ABV · 10.4 standard drinks. Store cool and dark; a little natural sediment is normal, so give it a gentle shake before pouring.
