Ingredients
Makes 1 cocktail
- 45ml Humdinger Dry Gin
- 30ml apple & elderflower syrup
- 5ml simple syrup
- 150ml soda water
- Ice
- Apple slice garnish
Method
- Pour the gin, Barkers NZ Apple & Elderflower, and simple syrup over ice in a chilled glass
- Stir to combine thoroughly
- Top with soda water
- Garnish with an apple slice and enjoy

A Little History
Oasis was created in-house by our team to celebrate our partnership with Geraldine neighbours Barkers, using their NZ Apple & Elderflower syrup. It's a local collaboration that's refreshingly simple yet full of character — and any good apple & elderflower syrup or cordial works just as well.
Serving Tip
Serve in a stemless wine glass or highball with plenty of ice to highlight its refreshing, spritz-like character.
