Cocktail Ingredients

• 45ml Humdinger Dry Gin
• 30ml Barkers NZ Apple & Elderflower
• 5ml Simple Syrup
• 150ml Soda Water
• Ice
• Apple slice garnish

Cocktail Method

1. Pour gin, Barkers NZ Apple & Elderflower, and simple syrup over ice in a chilled glass.
2. Stir to mix thoroughly.
3. Top with soda water.
4. Garnish with an apple slice and enjoy.

This cocktail showcases the best of both worlds — a local collaboration that’s refreshingly simple yet full of character.
