Ingredients
Makes 1 cocktail
- 45ml Humdinger Pink Gin
- 35ml pink grapefruit & lemon syrup
- 15ml simple syrup
- 140ml soda water
- Ice
- Fresh raspberries to garnish
Method
- Add the gin, Barkers syrup, and simple syrup to a glass filled with ice
- Stir thoroughly to combine
- Top with soda water
- Garnish with fresh raspberries

Serving Tip
