Ingredients
Makes 1 cocktail
- 45ml Humdinger Pink Gin
- 45ml Barkers Raspberry Lemonade syrup
- 7ml simple syrup
- 160ml soda water
- Ice
- Lime to garnish
Method
- Add the gin, Barkers syrup and simple syrup to a glass filled with ice
- Stir to combine
- Top with soda water
- Garnish with fresh lime
