The recipe

Ingredients

  • 45ml Humdinger Citrus Gin
  • 30ml blood orange, lime & bitters syrup
  • 15ml simple syrup
  • 140ml soda water
  • Ice
  • Orange wedge garnish

Method

  1. Add the gin, Barkers syrup, and simple syrup to a glass filled with ice
  2. Stir thoroughly to combine
  3. Top with soda water
  4. Garnish with an orange wedge
