Pull off State Highway 79 and step behind the scenes at Humdinger Distillery in Geraldine — the gateway to adventure in South Canterbury. Our guided tour is a relaxed, hands-on look at how our award-winning small-batch gin is made.

You'll hear how Humdinger began, watch gin take shape from botanicals to bottle at our copper still, then sit down to a guided tasting of the gins we have available on the day. To finish, browse our Cellar Door for bottles, gifts and merchandise — and as a thank-you for joining us, you'll get $10 off any bottle.

Great vibes and great gin

Andrew was really friendly and knowledgeable. We learned a lot about the process of distilling gin, and the tasting was great, got to try some really good gins. Would highly recommend to anyone who enjoys gin and wants to learn about how it's made!
