The recipe

Ingredients

  • 60ml Picnicker Sunday Peach
  • 20ml Barkers Old Fashioned Lemonade syrup
  • 5ml simple syrup
  • 125ml soda water
  • Fresh mint and cucumber, to garnish

Method

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice
  2. Pour in the Sunday Peach, Barkers lemonade and simple syrup
  3. Top with soda water and stir gently
  4. Garnish with mint and a ribbon of cucumber
