• 60ml Humdinger Dry Gin
• 120ml East Imperial Tonic Water
• Ice
• Fresh makrut lime leaf garnish
1. Chill your glass in the freezer.
2. Fill the glass with ice.
3. Add the gin first, then the tonic.
4. Gently stir, then garnish and serve.
Other suitable mixers include:
• East Imperial Royal Botanic Tonic
• East Imperial Old World Tonic
• Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic
• 75ml Humdinger Dry Gin
• 15ml dry vermouth
• Cocktail olive
1. Chill a cocktail/Martini glass.
2. In a mixing glass, combine the gin and vermouth.
3. Add the ice and stir for 60 seconds.
4. Strain into the chilled cocktail glass. 5. Garnish with an olive.
• 60ml Humdinger Dry Gin
• 30ml fresh lime juice
• 120ml East Imperial Tonic Water
• Ice
• Lime wedge garnish
1. Pour gin and lime juice over ice in a chilled glass.
2. Stir well.
3. Top up with tonic water, garnish and enjoy!
* This is a slight variation on the classic Gimlet, but some rules are meant to be broken!

• 120ml East Imperial Yuzu Tonic
• Ice
• Fresh lime wedge to garnish

• 40ml clear honey

1. Add the gin, lemon juice and honey syrup to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake well, so the glass and contents are chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with a lemon twist.
• 60ml Humdinger Citrus Gin
• 15ml fresh lime juice
• 120ml ginger beer
• Ice
• Lime wedge garnish
1. Pour the gin and lime juice into a chilled, ice-filled glass.
2. Stir well.
3. Add the ginger beer, and stir gently.
4. Garnish with the lime wedge, serve and enjoy!
• 45ml Humdinger Pink Gin
• 15ml grenadine
• 15ml fresh lime juice
• 120ml ginger ale
• Fresh lime wedge to garnish
1. Pour the gin, grenadine and fresh lime juice into an ice-filled glass.
2. Stir well.
3. Top up with ginger ale.
4. Stir gently, garnish with lime, and serve.
• 30ml Humdinger Bourbon Barrel Aged Gin
• 30ml campari
• 30ml sweet vermouth
• 1 large ice cube
• Orange peel twist
1. Pour the gin, vermouth and Campari into a mixing glass. Add ice and stir well. Make sure the glass feels cold.
2. Strain the liquid into a tumbler.
3. Add one large ice cube.
4. Garnish with an orange twist.
• 60ml Humdinger Sloe Gin
• 40ml lemon juice
• 30ml simple syrup
• 120ml soda water
• Fresh lemon wedge and cherry to garnish
1. Add the sloe gin, lemon juice and syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice, and shake until well chilled
2. Fill a highball or Collins glass with ice, and strain the contents of the shaker into the glass
3. Top with soda water
4. Garnish with a lemon wedge and cherry.
• 60ml Humdinger Cherry Gin Liqueur
• 15ml dry vermouth
• Maraschino cherry
1. Chill a cocktail/Martini glass.
2. In a mixing glass, combine the gin and vermouth.
3. Add the ice and stir for 60 seconds.
4. Strain into the chilled cocktail glass.
5. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
