When we started thinking about lower-alcohol drinks, Saskia remembered summers of Pimm's and lemonade. With Pimm's being a fruit cup and Otago fruit world-class, a peach fruit cup felt obvious — made with Otago peaches for that juicy peach flavour.
Serve: with lemonade, ice and fresh mint leaves. Or try it with ice and soda.
