We stock a small, carefully chosen range of premium tonic waters and sodas to suit different gin styles.

Fever-Tree, made in the UK, is known for its crisp carbonation and precise balance. Their Indian Tonic Water pairs beautifully with classic Dry Gin, while Mediterranean Tonic Water is softer and more aromatic, making it a great match for all gin styles.

Alongside this, we’ve added two excellent New Zealand-made options. East Imperial brings a bold, contemporary twist — their Yuzu Tonic and Grapefruit Soda working exceptionally well with our Citrus Gin.
Alchemy & Tonic, also made in NZ, offers a clean, well-balanced Indian Tonic Water that pairs naturally with Dry Gin.

For something a little different, Pink Grapefruit Soda is a perfect companion for Pink Gin, enhancing its fruit character without adding excess sweetness.

Each option is chosen to complement the gin, not compete with it — letting the spirit stay front and centre in the glass.
