The Botanicals

Obsessive passion, research, and development are the ingredients for our successful New Zealand gin. Sourcing our botanicals both locally and from a specialist UK spice trader, diffusing our gins not just with flavour, but also with history and culture from around the world.

We proudly use only natural botanicals in our gins, consciously chosen for their character and flavour.

Like all of our gins, our Dry Gin features a hero botanical from New Zealand and complemetary flavours from around the globe.

The hero in this case is Canterbury Barley, grown just down the road from our distillery. Barley gives our Dry Gin a nice, full mouthfeel and body. Don't worry though, as our gin remains gluten-free thanks to the magic of distillation.

My sister gave me a bottle of the Dry gin for my birthday and I love it, it’s so smooth with a little liquorice kick at the end; I’ve mostly been using it in martinis! I wanted to get my sister a bottle for her birthday in reply but had difficulty with the website (I think my issue) but Andrew was able to help me get it ordered and delivered, and my sister was thrilled. Highly recommend!
