Veranda – New Zealand

Veranda is a New Zealand mixer brand with a refined, modern style that celebrates connection, flavour, and a sense of place. Their tonics feel elegant and distinctive, with fine bubbles and a polished finish that suits more aromatic or fruit-forward serves.

Citrus Maxima Tonic

A refined tonic with bright pomelo and lime aromatics, fine champagne-like bubbles, and a dry, elegant finish. This pairs especially well with our Citrus Gin and Pink Gin, where its soft texture and fresh citrus profile lift the spirit without overpowering it.

Fever-Tree – United Kingdom

Fever-Tree is known for its crisp carbonation, clean flavour profiles, and precise balance. Their mixers are designed to complement premium spirits without overwhelming them, making them a reliable classic for gin lovers.

Indian Tonic Water

A classic tonic with bright quinine bite and clean citrus lift. Best with our Dry Gin, where it highlights the juniper backbone and keeps the serve fresh and classic.

Mediterranean Tonic Water

Softer, more floral and aromatic than a traditional Indian tonic, with gentler bitterness. A versatile option that pairs beautifully with our Citrus Gin, Pink Gin, and Sloe Gin.

East Imperial – New Zealand

East Imperial brings a more contemporary, design-led approach to mixers, combining premium ingredients with bold, modern flavour profiles. Their range tends to feel vibrant, refined, and slightly more adventurous, while still keeping balance front of mind.

Tonic Water

Formerly known as Burma Tonic Water, this is a clean, classic tonic with a refined profile. It pairs especially well with our Dry Gin, giving a crisp, elegant serve that lets the botanicals shine.

Yuzu Tonic

Bright and citrus-forward, with a distinctive lifted character. This works particularly well with our Citrus Gin, enhancing its fresh citrus notes.

Grapefruit Soda

A lively, zesty mixer with refreshing grapefruit character. Another excellent choice with our Citrus Gin, where it amplifies the gin’s juicy citrus profile.

Alchemy & Tonic – New Zealand

Alchemy & Tonic takes a flavour-driven, modern New Zealand approach, producing mixers that are expressive, well-balanced, and made to work naturally with premium spirits. Their range leans a little more playful and distinctive, while still staying elegant in the glass.

Grapefruit & Thyme Tonic Water

A savoury-citrus tonic with a fresh herbal edge. This pairs beautifully with our Dry Gin, adding an aromatic twist while still allowing the gin’s core botanicals to remain the focus.

Hibiscus Pink Lemonade

Bright, fruity, and slightly sweeter in style, this is a great match for our Pink Gin. It enhances the fruit character of the gin and creates a vibrant, easy-drinking serve.
