The recipe

Ingredients

  • 60ml Humdinger Sloe Gin
  • 40ml lemon juice
  • 30ml simple syrup
  • 120ml soda water
  • Lemon garnish

Method

  1. Add the sloe gin, lemon juice, and syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well chilled
  2. Fill a highball or Collins glass with ice and strain the shaker into the glass
  3. Top with soda water
  4. Garnish with a lemon wedge
